Director of Quality Assurance and Program Evaluation

The Director of Quality Assurance and Program Evaluation is responsible for overseeing the agency’s quality assurance and compliance programs, as well as developing and implementing program evaluations, as required by contracting agencies and funders. The Director of Quality Assurance is expected to provide consistent program monitoring to ensure compliance with the agency’s contract obligations, including statistical reports and data collection as required.
